ATREDIT – TERMS OF SERVICE

Atredit (the “App” or “Platform”) is operated by WePlai LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “Atredit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Atredit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

1.1 General Eligibility

Atredit is available only to users who are 13 years of age or older and located in the United States and United Kingdom.

1.2 No Monetary Features

Atredit does not offer cash prizes, monetary rewards, payouts, or earnings.

All contests, rankings, and recognitions are non-monetary.

2. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the security of your credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.

SMS Verification

We may use SMS one-time passcodes (OTPs) for account security.

Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. PLATFORM PURPOSE & CONTESTS

3.1 Skill-Based Creative Platform

Atredit is a creative platform for hosting, viewing, and rating video content.

Any competitions or rankings on Atredit:

  • Are skill-based

  • Use published creative criteria

  • Do not involve chance, gambling, wagering, or consideration

3.2 No Prizes or Financial Value

  • No entry fees

  • No cash or equivalents

  • No pooled value

  • No redeemable rewards

Recognition, rankings, badges, or featured placement have no monetary value and are not transferable.

4. USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your content (“User Content”).

4.2 License to Atredit

By uploading content, you grant Atredit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:

  • Is original or properly licensed

  • Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights

  • Complies with our Content Policy and Community Guidelines

Atredit does not pre-screen content and does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or ownership of user submissions.

5. DMCA & COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

Atredit operates as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

5.1 Takedowns

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

5.2 Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts terminated.

6. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:

  • Remove content

  • Limit visibility

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Investigate abuse, manipulation, or policy violations

Moderation decisions are final and discretionary.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Upload infringing or unlawful content

  • Manipulate ratings or engagement

  • Use bots or automation

  • Attempt to bypass safeguards

  • Harass or abuse other users

Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES

Atredit may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock platform features only.

Important

  • All digital items have no cash value

  • Purchases do not affect rankings or outcomes

  • Purchases do not guarantee visibility or success

Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policies.

9. NO GUARANTEES

Atredit does not guarantee:

  • Visibility

  • Rankings

  • Outcomes

  • Platform availability

  • Error-free operation

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WePlai LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to Atredit in the past six months, whichever is greater.

12. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ADDENDUM

If you are a user located in the United Kingdom, this UK Consumer Rights Addendum applies to you and supplements these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In particular:

  • We do not exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Any exclusions or limitations of liability in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by UK law.

  • You retain all mandatory rights and remedies provided under UK consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your mandatory rights under UK law, UK law will prevail for UK users.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, except that if you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections provided under UK law.
