ATR – TERMS OF SERVICE

ATR (the “App” or “Platform”) is operated by WePlai LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “ATR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using ATR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

1.1 General Eligibility

ATR is available only to users who are 13 years of age or older and located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or any other country or region where we make the Platform available.

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your country or region.

1.2 Age Requirements for EU Users

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you must be at least 13 years old to use ATR.

However, certain EU/EEA countries may require parental or guardian consent for users under the applicable digital age of consent in that country. If parental or guardian consent is required by the laws of your country, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a user does not meet the applicable age, consent, or eligibility requirements.

1.3 No Monetary Features

ATR does not offer cash prizes, monetary rewards, payouts, or earnings.

All contests, rankings, trophies, badges, player cards, recognitions, profile features, unlocks, and other platform achievements are non-monetary, have no cash value, are not redeemable, and are not transferable.

2. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the security of your credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

  • Use the Platform only in compliance with these Terms and our policies

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, our policies, platform integrity rules, or applicable law.

SMS Verification

We may use SMS one-time passcodes (OTPs) for account security. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. PLATFORM PURPOSE

3.1 Skill-Based Creative Platform

ATR is a creative platform for submitting, viewing, rating, commenting on, saving, showcasing, and competing with video edits and other eligible video content.

Any competitions, rankings, trophies, ratings, or recognitions on ATR:

  • Are skill-based

  • Are based on user ratings, platform rules, and/or published creative criteria

  • Do not involve chance, gambling, wagering, or consideration

  • Do not award cash, cash equivalents, or anything with monetary value

3.2 No Financial Value

ATR does not provide:

  • Entry fees

  • Cash prizes

  • Cash equivalents

  • Pooled value

  • Redeemable rewards

  • Winnings

  • Payouts

Recognition, rankings, trophies, badges, player cards, featured placement, profile showcases, unlocks, or other digital platform items have no monetary value and are not transferable.

4. CONTESTS, GAME MODES, SEASONS & TROPHIES

4.1 Contest Availability

The ATR arena may be available 24 hours a day, allowing users to compete, submit videos, view videos, rate videos, and participate in platform activity throughout the day.

However, we do not guarantee that contests, ratings, submissions, feeds, results, or any part of the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time.

4.2 Game Modes

ATR may offer multiple game modes, including but not limited to Ranked, Standard, and Daily Global.

Different game modes may have different rules, durations, ranking impact, trophy awards, visibility, eligibility requirements, rating systems, and scoring methods. By entering a game mode, you agree to the rules and format presented in the App for that mode.

4.3 Contest Durations

ATR may set different contest durations for different game modes. For example, Daily Global may run for 12 hours, while other game modes may run for 1 hour.

Contest durations, start times, end times, entry rules, rating windows, and results timing may be changed, paused, delayed, extended, shortened, or discontinued at our discretion for platform integrity, technical, operational, safety, or product reasons.

4.4 Instant Entry and Matchmaking

ATR may allow users to enter contests instantly without waiting for a lobby or group of players to fill.

The Platform may determine how submissions are grouped, displayed, rated, categorized, matched, ranked, or scored. We may use platform systems, rating data, user activity, content signals, anti-abuse tools, and other criteria to operate contests and rankings.

We do not guarantee that every submission will receive the same number of views, ratings, comments, saves, or engagement at all times, although we may design systems intended to support fairness and platform integrity.

4.5 Ratings and Results

Users may rate videos through the Platform. Ratings may be used to determine contest outcomes, rankings, trophies, visibility, recommendations, stats, and other platform features.

ATR may review, adjust, withhold, invalidate, or reverse ratings, results, trophies, rankings, or other outcomes if we believe there has been manipulation, abuse, fraud, technical error, coordinated activity, bot activity, policy violations, or conduct that harms platform integrity.

4.6 Seasons

ATR may operate competitive seasons, including Season 1 and future seasons.

At the start of a new season, previous trophy amounts, rankings, season stats, leaderboard positions, or other seasonal progress may reset, expire, change, or be archived.

Season resets are part of the Platform experience and do not create any right to compensation, restoration, or continued access to prior rankings, trophies, or season status.

4.7 Trophies

Trophies are non-monetary platform points used for recognition, rankings, competition progress, seasonal status, and related features.

Winning certain game modes may award different trophy amounts. For example, winning Daily Global may award 4 trophies.

Trophy values, award amounts, ranking impact, reset rules, and trophy systems may change over time. Trophies have no cash value, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed, and do not represent property owned by the user.

4.8 Ranks and Player Cards

ATR may offer ranks, levels, badges, player card designs, profile designs, or other digital cosmetic unlocks based on performance, progress, trophies, rating history, seasonal status, or other platform criteria.

Player cards and related digital designs are limited, revocable, non-transferable platform features. They have no monetary value and do not represent property owned by the user.

We may modify, remove, rebalance, replace, reset, or discontinue ranks, levels, player cards, cosmetics, or unlock systems at any time.

5. FEEDS, RECOMMENDATIONS & PLATFORM DISPLAY

5.1 Feed Experience

ATR may provide video feeds where users can view, rate, save, favorite, comment on, or interact with videos. The Platform may include full-screen viewing, rotating screen features, sideways scrolling, or other display formats.

Feed features may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific video, user, edit, profile, comment, or contest entry will appear in a specific feed, position, order, or format.

5.2 Feed and Recommendation Signals

ATR may use various signals to organize, rank, recommend, display, or distribute content, including but not limited to:

  • User ratings

  • Contest activity

  • Watch activity

  • Saves or favorites

  • Content metadata

  • Video category or contextual grouping

  • User interactions

  • Safety and moderation signals

  • Anti-abuse signals

  • Randomization

  • Recency

  • Platform integrity systems

  • Technical performance

These systems are designed to support the Platform experience, discovery, fairness, safety, and integrity. They may change over time.

5.3 No Guaranteed Reach

Submitting, rating, saving, commenting on, or showcasing content does not guarantee views, ratings, comments, saves, rankings, wins, trophies, profile exposure, or any other result.

6. USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your content, including videos, edits, captions, comments, profile content, and other materials you submit or post through the Platform (“User Content”).

6.2 License to ATR

By uploading, submitting, posting, commenting, saving, showcasing, or otherwise making User Content available on ATR, you grant ATR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, promote, adapt, resize, reformat, create previews of, and otherwise use your User Content solely in connection with operating, improving, promoting, moderating, and providing the Platform.

This license allows ATR to show your content in contests, feeds, profiles, libraries, watch history, saved sections, showcases, promotional placements, rankings, and other Platform features.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

  • Is original or properly licensed

  • Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights

  • Does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material

  • Complies with our Content Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, and these Terms

ATR does not pre-screen all content and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, ownership, quality, or safety of user submissions.

6.4 No Rights in Other Users’ Content

You may view, rate, comment on, save, or favorite other users’ content through Platform features.

Saving, favoriting, viewing, rating, commenting on, or accessing another user’s content does not give you ownership of that content or any license to copy, download, repost, distribute, sell, edit, exploit, or use that content outside the Platform unless you have permission from the rights holder.

7. COMMENTS, ANONYMOUS INTERACTIONS & COMMUNITY ACTIVITY

7.1 Anonymous Comments

ATR may allow users to leave comments on videos anonymously or without publicly displaying their identity to other users.

Anonymous commenting does not mean your activity is anonymous to ATR. We may store, review, associate, moderate, investigate, or disclose comment activity as described in these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

7.2 Comments on Your Edits

Users may be able to view comments left by others on their edits or submissions. Comments may be used to provide feedback, community interaction, moderation signals, or other Platform features.

We do not guarantee that comments will be accurate, useful, respectful, available, or visible at all times.

7.3 Comment Rules

You agree not to use comments, anonymous features, ratings, usernames, profile features, or other Platform tools to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, abuse, shame, or target others

  • Post hate, sexual content, graphic content, or unlawful material

  • Reveal someone’s private information

  • Impersonate another person

  • Manipulate contests, ratings, rankings, or community perception

  • Coordinate brigading, spam, or abusive activity

  • Violate our Community Guidelines or Content Policy

We may remove comments, limit commenting access, reveal relevant account information internally for moderation, suspend accounts, or take other action if comments are used in a harmful or abusive way.

8. SAVES, FAVORITES, LIBRARY, HISTORY & PROFILE FEATURES

8.1 Saved and Favorited Content

ATR may allow users to save, favorite, bookmark, or organize videos they see on the Platform.

Saved or favorited content may later become unavailable if the content is removed, deleted, made private, restricted, moderated, or otherwise unavailable.

Saving or favoriting content does not create ownership rights, download rights, reuse rights, or any guarantee that the content will remain available.

8.2 Library and Past Games

ATR may provide a library where users can view past edits, games, contest entries, stats, results, and related activity.

Library information and stats are provided for convenience and may not always be complete, permanent, accurate, or available. We may update, correct, remove, archive, or modify library data for technical, operational, moderation, or platform integrity reasons.

8.3 Watch History, Comment History and Saved Edits

ATR may allow users to view their watch history, comment history, saved edits, favorite videos, or other activity through the profile tab or related features.

These features are provided to improve the user experience and may be modified, limited, reset, deleted, or discontinued. Some activity may also be retained, processed, or reviewed for safety, moderation, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.4 Profile Showcase

ATR may allow users to showcase selected edits on their profile, including a top 3 edit showcase or similar profile display feature.

You are responsible for the content you choose to showcase. Showcasing an edit may make it more visible to other users. We may remove or restrict showcased content if it violates these Terms, our policies, third-party rights, or applicable law.

9. COPYRIGHT, ILLEGAL CONTENT & NOTICE PROCEDURES

9.1 DMCA Compliance

ATR operates as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

9.2 Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts terminated.

9.3 EU/EEA Illegal Content Notices

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, or if you believe content on ATR is illegal under applicable EU or Member State law, you may report that content through the reporting tools we provide or by contacting us at support@atredit.com.

A notice should include enough information for us to identify and assess the reported content, including:

  • A description of the content

  • The location of the content on the Platform

  • The reason you believe the content is illegal

  • Your contact information, unless anonymous reporting is legally permitted or technically supported

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We may review notices, take action where appropriate, and provide information about our decision where required by applicable law.

9.4 Content Removal

If your content is removed due to a copyright claim, illegal content notice, policy violation, legal request, or moderation decision, related contests, rankings, trophies, stats, comments, saves, profile showcases, or library records may also be removed, adjusted, restricted, or invalidated.

10. MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT & APPEALS

10.1 Our Moderation Rights

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Remove content

  • Remove comments

  • Limit visibility

  • Restrict profile features

  • Restrict saves, favorites, comments, ratings, or submissions

  • Adjust or invalidate ratings, rankings, trophies, results, stats, or unlocks

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Investigate abuse, manipulation, fraud, or policy violations

  • Take action to protect users, rights holders, the Platform, and platform integrity

10.2 Moderation Tools

We may use human review, automated systems, user reports, platform signals, technical tools, third-party tools, or a combination of these to detect, review, restrict, remove, rank, demote, or otherwise moderate content and accounts.

Moderation may consider:

  • Content policy violations

  • Copyright or intellectual property concerns

  • Illegal content reports

  • User safety concerns

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Manipulation or coordinated activity

  • Bot activity or automation

  • Fraud or platform integrity risks

  • Technical or operational issues

  • Applicable legal obligations

10.3 EU/EEA Moderation Principles

For users located in the European Union or European Economic Area, where applicable law requires, we will apply moderation and enforcement decisions with regard to the rights and legitimate interests of users, including freedom of expression, media pluralism, and other applicable fundamental rights.

10.4 Appeals

If your content, account, comment, rating ability, contest result, ranking, trophy status, or access to a Platform feature is restricted, removed, suspended, or otherwise affected by a moderation decision, you may contact us at support@atredit.com to request review.

We may require enough information to identify the decision and evaluate your request. We may reject abusive, repetitive, bad-faith, or unsupported appeals.

For EU/EEA users, where required by applicable law, we will provide access to an internal complaint-handling process for eligible moderation decisions and will review complaints in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner.

10.5 Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement for EU/EEA Users

Where required by applicable EU law, EU/EEA users may have the right to select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to resolve certain disputes relating to moderation decisions.

The decision of an out-of-court dispute settlement body may not be binding unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Upload infringing or unlawful content

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use

  • Manipulate ratings, contests, trophies, comments, stats, rankings, engagement, or outcomes

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, fake accounts, or coordinated activity

  • Attempt to bypass safeguards, restrictions, moderation systems, or technical limits

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, bully, shame, exploit, or target other users

  • Post hateful, explicit, violent, exploitative, private, or otherwise prohibited content

  • Misrepresent your identity, age, location, rights, ownership, or eligibility

  • Interfere with the operation, security, fairness, or integrity of the Platform

  • Use the Platform for scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized commercial use

Violations may result in removal of content, loss of access, invalidation of results, reset of trophies or rankings, suspension, termination, or other enforcement action.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES

ATR may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock platform features only.

Important:

  • Digital items have no cash value

  • Purchases do not affect contest outcomes unless explicitly stated as part of a non-monetary platform feature

  • Purchases do not guarantee rankings, visibility, trophies, ratings, wins, popularity, or success

  • Purchases are not redeemable for cash or transferable

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, including applicable UK or EU consumer protection laws.

13. NO GUARANTEES

ATR does not guarantee:

  • Visibility

  • Views

  • Ratings

  • Comments

  • Saves

  • Followers

  • Rankings

  • Trophies

  • Wins

  • Outcomes

  • Player card unlocks

  • Profile exposure

  • Stats accuracy

  • Platform availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Continued availability of any feature, mode, season, ranking system, trophy system, or cosmetic item

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. PLATFORM CHANGES

We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, discontinue, rename, redesign, or remove any part of the Platform at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Game modes

  • Contest durations

  • Rating systems

  • Trophy values

  • Ranking systems

  • Seasons

  • Player cards

  • Feeds

  • Comments

  • Saves and favorites

  • Libraries

  • Watch history

  • Comment history

  • Profile showcases

  • Stats

  • Unlocks

  • Eligibility rules

  • Moderation systems

We are not liable for any loss of access, visibility, ranking, trophies, stats, saved content, comments, unlocks, or other non-monetary platform features caused by Platform changes, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WePlai LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages related to lost data, lost content, lost rankings, lost trophies, lost visibility, lost reputation, lost opportunities, lost profits, or interruption of service.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to ATR in the past six months, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory liability under applicable consumer protection law.

17. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, our policies, legal compliance, safety concerns, or platform integrity.

Upon termination, your access to your account, submissions, profile, comments, saves, library, stats, rankings, trophies, unlocks, and other Platform features may be removed or restricted.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ADDENDUM

If you are a user located in the United Kingdom, this UK Consumer Rights Addendum applies to you and supplements these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In particular:

  • We do not exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Any exclusions or limitations of liability in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by UK law.

  • You retain all mandatory rights and remedies provided under UK consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your mandatory rights under UK law, UK law will prevail for UK users.

20. EU/EEA CONSUMER RIGHTS ADDENDUM

If you are a user located in the European Union or European Economic Area, this EU/EEA Consumer Rights Addendum applies to you and supplements these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable EU or EU Member State consumer protection laws.

In particular:

  • You retain all mandatory rights and remedies provided under applicable EU/EEA consumer law.

  • Any exclusions or limitations of liability in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your mandatory rights under applicable EU/EEA law, those mandatory rights will prevail.

  • If you purchase any paid digital content, subscription, or in-app purchase, additional information about billing, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and withdrawal rights may be provided at the point of purchase and/or by Apple under App Store policies.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

However, if you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections and mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives UK, EU, or EEA consumers of the protection of mandatory laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
