ATREDIT – OFFICIAL SKILL-CONTEST RULES

Atredit is a mobile application operated by WePlai LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Atredit,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. ELIGIBILITY; TERRITORY

1.1 Who May Enter

Skill-based contests on Atredit are open only to natural persons who:

  • Are 13 years of age or older (or the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction, if higher);

  • Are physically located in the United States or United Kingdom at the time of entry;

  • Maintain an Atredit account in good standing; and

  • Comply with these Rules, the Atredit Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and any contest-specific instructions presented in-app.

1.2 Disqualification for Ineligibility

Atredit reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and void any entry if the entrant:

  • Misrepresents age or location;

  • Attempts to bypass eligibility, integrity, or safety controls; or

  • Violates these Rules or any governing Atredit policy.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION & ENTRY

2.1 Contest Format

Atredit hosts ongoing skill-based creative contests organized into “lobbies”. Each lobby typically contains a fixed number of entrants matched using skill-based or fairness-based criteria.

Contests are not time-based gambling events and do not involve chance.

2.2 Entry Content Requirements

Entrants submit a video that they personally created and for which they own or control all necessary rights.

All entries must comply with Atredit’s Content & IP Policy, including but not limited to:

  • No copyrighted material without authorization

  • No trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without permission

  • No prohibited, harmful, or deceptive content

2.3 Audio & Branding Restrictions

  • Audio must be original, properly licensed, or royalty-free.

  • Entries must not contain third-party platform watermarks (e.g., TikTok, CapCut, Instagram) or unlicensed brand identifiers.

    Atredit may remove or disqualify any entry that fails to meet these requirements.

3. REWARDS; NO CASH PRIZES

3.1 No Monetary Prizes

Atredit contests do not award real-money, cash, pooled funds, or financial prizes.

3.2 Non-Cash Recognition & Platform Rewards

Winning or high-performing entries may receive non-monetary recognition, which may include:

  • In-app badges, titles, rankings, or leaderboard placement

  • Profile visibility or featured placement

  • Access to platform features, experiences, or community recognition

    All rewards are discretionary, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and have no guaranteed monetary value.

3.3 No Consideration

No purchase, payment, or financial consideration is required to enter or participate.

4. JUDGING; SKILL-BASED JUDGING

4.1 Equalized Exposure

Each entry receives an equal number of rating opportunities before a result is calculated.

4.2 Anonymous Judging

Creator identities, usernames, follower counts, and social profiles are hidden during judging to prevent popularity bias or coordinated manipulation.

4.3 Integrity & Anti-Manipulation

Atredit may employ integrity safeguards, including:

  • Vote caps per user/device

  • Pattern analysis for coordinated behavior

  • Device and account verification

  • Automated and manual moderation

Atredit reserves the right to invalidate ratings or entries that compromise contest integrity.

4.4 No Chance

No random number generators, lotteries, sweepstakes mechanics, or chance-based elements are used in determining outcomes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; DMCA SAFE HARBOR

5.1 User Warranties

By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:

  • You created the content or have lawful rights to use it;

  • The content does not infringe any third-party rights; and

  • You understand you are solely responsible for your submissions.

5.2 License to Atredit

You grant Atredit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your entry solely for operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

Ownership of your content remains with you.

5.3 DMCA Compliance

Atredit operates as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and responds to valid takedown notices in accordance with its DMCA Policy.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

6. APPEALS & RECORDS

6.1 Appeals

Appeals may be submitted within 24 hours of notification to support@atredit.com. Decisions after review are final.

6.2 Recordkeeping

Atredit may retain contest and moderation logs for integrity, legal, and compliance purposes.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 Skill Contest – Not Gambling

Atredit contests are skill-based creative competitions, not gambling, lotteries, or sweepstakes.

7.2 Right to Modify

Atredit may modify, suspend, or cancel contests due to fraud, technical issues, or integrity concerns, with notice provided in-app.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Atredit from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited.

7.4 Governing Terms

These Rules supplement the Atredit Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these Rules control contest-specific matters.

7.5 Platform Disclaimer

Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not sponsors of, nor responsible for, Atredit contests.
