ATR is a mobile application operated by WePlai LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“ATR,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Official Skill-Contest Rules (“Rules”) apply to skill-based contests, game modes, rankings, trophies, seasons, and related competitive features on ATR.

These Rules supplement the ATR Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, and any contest-specific instructions presented in the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY; TERRITORY

1.1 Who May Enter

Skill-based contests on ATR are open only to natural persons who:

  • Are 13 years of age or older;

  • Meet any applicable digital consent, parental consent, or age requirements in their country or region;

  • Are physically located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, or another country or region where ATR makes contests available at the time of entry;

  • Maintain an ATR account in good standing; and

  • Comply with these Rules, the ATR Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, and any contest-specific instructions presented in the App.

1.2 Minors

Users aged 13–17 may participate only if permitted by applicable law and, where required, with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

ATR may restrict certain features, visibility, comments, contest access, or platform activity for users under 18 where required by law, safety obligations, platform policy, or product design.

1.3 Disqualification for Ineligibility

ATR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, remove any entry, void any result, reset trophies, restrict rankings, or suspend account access if the entrant:

  • Misrepresents age, identity, location, rights, or eligibility;

  • Attempts to bypass eligibility, safety, moderation, regional, or integrity controls;

  • Uses bots, fake accounts, coordinated activity, or manipulation;

  • Violates these Rules or any governing ATR policy; or

  • Participates from a country or region where ATR contests are not available.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION & ENTRY

2.1 Contest Format

ATR hosts ongoing skill-based creative contests where users submit eligible video edits or other eligible video content and other users rate those entries through the Platform.

ATR contests are designed to reward creative skill, editing skill, audience response, and performance under the contest rules. Contests do not involve gambling, wagering, lottery mechanics, sweepstakes mechanics, chance-based winner selection, or cash prizes.

2.2 24-Hour Arena

The ATR arena may be open 24 hours a day, allowing users to submit entries, compete, rate videos, view results, and participate in competitive features throughout the day.

We do not guarantee that every contest, feed, rating system, result, game mode, or feature will be available at all times. Contests or features may be delayed, paused, modified, suspended, or unavailable due to technical, moderation, operational, legal, safety, or platform integrity reasons.

2.3 Instant Entry; No Lobby Filling

ATR may allow users to enter contests instantly without waiting for a lobby or fixed group of players to fill.

After submission, an entry may be placed into the applicable game mode, rating system, contest period, feed, category grouping, skill grouping, or other platform structure determined by ATR.

ATR may use automated systems, platform rules, user activity, content signals, fairness systems, safety systems, and anti-abuse tools to determine how entries are grouped, displayed, rated, scored, ranked, or completed.

2.4 Game Modes

ATR may offer multiple game modes, including but not limited to:

  • Ranked

  • Standard

  • Daily Global

Each game mode may have different rules, durations, rating windows, scoring methods, trophy awards, ranking impact, visibility, eligibility requirements, and result calculation methods.

By entering a game mode, you agree to the rules and format presented in the App for that mode.

2.5 Contest Durations

ATR may set different contest durations for different game modes.

For example:

  • Daily Global may run for 12 hours.

  • Other game modes may run for 1 hour.

Contest durations, start times, end times, rating periods, submission windows, trophy awards, and result timing may change over time and may be adjusted in the App.

2.6 Entry Limits

ATR may set entry limits, rating requirements, cooldown periods, content limits, game mode limits, or other participation rules.

These limits may vary by user, account status, region, rank, season, game mode, platform integrity needs, or other criteria.

3. ENTRY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 User Responsibility

Entrants are solely responsible for the content they submit.

By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:

  • You created the edit or have all rights necessary to submit it to ATR;

  • You have the right to upload, display, share, and allow ATR to use the entry as described in the Terms of Service and these Rules;

  • Your entry does not violate copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;

  • Your entry does not violate any applicable law;

  • Your entry complies with ATR’s Content Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, and Terms of Service.

3.2 Content and IP Compliance

All entries must comply with ATR’s Content Policy and intellectual property rules.

ATR may remove, restrict, disqualify, demonetize if applicable, or otherwise take action against entries that appear to violate third-party rights, platform policies, legal obligations, or safety standards.

3.3 Prohibited Entry Content

Entries may not contain:

  • Illegal content;

  • Hateful, harassing, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or graphic content;

  • Content that targets, threatens, or humiliates another person;

  • Private personal information of another person;

  • Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content;

  • Content used to manipulate contests, ratings, rankings, trophies, or user behavior;

  • Content that violates ATR’s Content Policy, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service.

3.4 Watermarks, Logos and Third-Party Identifiers

ATR may restrict, remove, or disqualify entries that contain third-party platform watermarks, unauthorized logos, misleading brand identifiers, or other elements that violate platform rules or third-party rights.

4. JUDGING; RATINGS; RESULTS

4.1 Skill-Based Judging

Contest outcomes are determined by skill-based criteria, user ratings, platform rules, and/or creative performance signals presented in the App.

ATR may use rating systems such as star ratings or other in-app rating mechanics.

4.2 Rating Criteria

Users may be asked to rate entries based on creative quality, editing skill, entertainment value, originality, technical execution, impact, or other criteria presented in the App.

ATR may update rating criteria, rating mechanics, scoring formulas, and result systems over time.

4.3 Anonymous Judging

ATR may hide creator identities, usernames, follower counts, social profiles, or other identifying information during judging to reduce popularity bias, harassment, retaliation, and coordinated manipulation.

Ratings may be anonymous to other users. However, ATR may internally associate ratings with accounts, devices, sessions, IP information, and other signals for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, analytics, and platform integrity.

4.4 Comments Are Not Ratings

ATR may allow users to leave anonymous or non-publicly attributed comments on entries.

Comments are intended for feedback, community interaction, and platform activity. Unless expressly stated in the App for a specific mode, comments do not determine contest winners.

Anonymous comments are not anonymous to ATR. ATR may review, moderate, investigate, or associate comments with an account for safety, legal compliance, anti-abuse, and platform integrity purposes.

4.5 Fairness and Exposure Systems

ATR may use fairness systems intended to support fair judging, reduce bias, and protect contest integrity.

These systems may include:

  • Anonymous judging;

  • Rating windows;

  • Exposure balancing;

  • Feed distribution controls;

  • Anti-brigading tools;

  • Rating quality checks;

  • Bot detection;

  • Device and account verification;

  • Automated and manual moderation;

  • Pattern analysis for suspicious behavior.

ATR does not guarantee that every entry will receive identical views, ratings, watch time, comments, saves, or engagement at all times. Results may be delayed, adjusted, invalidated, or withheld if additional review is needed.

4.6 Integrity and Anti-Manipulation

ATR may invalidate, remove, reduce the effect of, or disregard ratings, entries, results, comments, saves, or other activity if we believe they involve:

  • Bots or automation;

  • Fake accounts;

  • Coordinated rating activity;

  • Vote trading;

  • Rating manipulation;

  • Brigading;

  • Harassment or retaliation;

  • Device manipulation;

  • Location spoofing;

  • Attempts to bypass platform controls;

  • Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity;

  • Technical errors or system misuse.

ATR’s integrity decisions are final to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to any mandatory appeal rights that apply in your country or region.

4.7 No Chance

No random number generators, lotteries, sweepstakes mechanics, or chance-based elements are used to determine contest winners.

Randomization may be used only for platform operation, feed ordering, testing, distribution, anti-abuse purposes, or fairness-related display systems, not to determine winners by chance.

5. REWARDS; TROPHIES; RANKS; SEASONS

5.1 No Monetary Prizes

ATR contests do not award real money, cash prizes, cash equivalents, pooled funds, financial rewards, payouts, earnings, or anything redeemable for monetary value.

5.2 Non-Cash Recognition and Platform Rewards

Winning or high-performing entries may receive non-monetary recognition, including:

  • Trophies;

  • Rankings;

  • Leaderboard placement;

  • Badges;

  • Titles;

  • Rank progress;

  • Player card designs;

  • Profile visibility;

  • Featured placement;

  • Platform recognition;

  • Community recognition;

  • Other cosmetic or status-based platform features.

All rewards are discretionary, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and have no guaranteed monetary value.

5.3 No Consideration

No purchase, payment, or financial consideration is required to enter or participate in ATR contests.

Purchases, if any are offered in the future, do not guarantee wins, rankings, trophies, ratings, visibility, featured placement, or contest success.

5.4 Trophies

Trophies are non-monetary platform points used for recognition, rankings, progress, season status, and related features.

Different game modes may award different trophy amounts.

For example, winning Daily Global may award 4 trophies.

Trophy values, trophy awards, ranking impact, and trophy systems may change over time. Trophies have no cash value, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed, and do not represent property owned by the user.

5.5 Ranked Mode

Ranked mode may affect trophies, rank level, leaderboards, player card unlocks, profile status, and other competitive features.

Ranked outcomes may be based on ratings, wins, performance, trophy totals, season progress, or other criteria presented in the App.

ATR may adjust, reset, rebalance, or invalidate Ranked results where necessary for fairness, integrity, technical issues, moderation, or legal compliance.

5.6 Standard Mode

Standard mode may provide a more casual or non-ranked competitive experience, depending on the rules presented in the App.

Standard mode may still include ratings, stats, recognition, trophies, profile activity, or other platform features if presented in the App.

5.7 Daily Global

Daily Global is a time-based game mode that may run for 12 hours or another duration presented in the App.

Winning Daily Global may award 4 trophies or another trophy amount presented in the App.

Daily Global rules, duration, entry windows, rating windows, trophy awards, and result systems may change over time.

5.8 Seasons

ATR may operate competitive seasons, including Season 1 and future seasons.

At the start of a new season, previous trophy amounts, rankings, leaderboard positions, season stats, and related seasonal progress may reset, expire, change, or be archived.

The official start of Season 1 may reset previous trophy amounts so that users begin the new season under the updated competitive system.

Season resets are part of the Platform experience and do not create any right to compensation, restoration, or continued access to prior trophies, rankings, leaderboard positions, stats, or season status.

5.9 Player Cards and Cosmetic Unlocks

ATR may allow users to unlock player card designs, badges, rank visuals, or other cosmetic features based on rank, level, trophies, season progress, or other platform criteria.

Player cards and cosmetic unlocks are limited, revocable, non-transferable platform features. They have no cash value and do not represent property owned by the user.

ATR may modify, remove, rebalance, replace, reset, or discontinue player card designs, ranks, badges, cosmetics, or unlock systems at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; LICENSE; DMCA

6.1 User Warranties

By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your submission does not infringe or violate third-party rights;

  • You have the rights necessary to grant ATR the license described below;

  • You understand that you are solely responsible for your submissions.

6.2 License to ATR

You grant ATR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, perform, distribute, promote, adapt, resize, reformat, create previews of, and otherwise use your entry in connection with operating, improving, moderating, promoting, and providing the Platform.

Ownership of your content remains with you.

ATR operates as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and responds to valid takedown notices in accordance with its DMCA Policy.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

6.4 Effect of Removal

If an entry is removed due to a copyright claim, policy violation, illegal content report, legal request, moderation decision, or platform integrity concern, related ratings, results, trophies, rankings, comments, saves, stats, profile showcases, or library records may also be removed, adjusted, restricted, or invalidated.

7. APPEALS; DISPUTES; RECORDS

7.1 Contest Appeals

  • The reason for the appeal;

  • Any supporting information.

ATR may review the appeal and may uphold, modify, reverse, or take no action on the result. Decisions after review are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.2 Moderation Appeals

If your content, account, comment, rating ability, contest result, trophy status, ranking, or access to a platform feature is restricted, removed, suspended, or otherwise affected by a moderation decision, you may request review by contacting support@atredit.com.

For EU/EEA users, where required by applicable law, ATR will provide access to an internal complaint-handling process for eligible moderation decisions and will review complaints in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner.

7.3 EU/EEA Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement

Where required by applicable EU law, EU/EEA users may have the right to select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to resolve certain disputes relating to moderation decisions.

The decision of an out-of-court dispute settlement body may not be binding unless applicable law provides otherwise.
