DMCA & CONTENT RIGHTS POLICY

Platform: Atredit, operated by WePlai LLC

1. OVERVIEW

WePlai LLC (“WePlai,” “we,” “us”) operates Atredit (the “Platform”), a user-generated content service that allows users to upload, view, rate, and interact with AI-generated video content.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Platform to do the same. This DMCA & Content Rights Policy describes our practices for responding to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

WePlai LLC operates Atredit as a service provider under the DMCA and relies on the safe-harbor protections available under applicable law.

2. NOTICE OF ALLEGED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that content available on the Atredit Platform infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent.

Your notice must include all of the following information:

  1. Your full legal name and a physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list)

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on the Platform

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

  6. Contact information sufficient to allow us to communicate with you, such as an email address

3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, a U.S. judicial district) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Counter-notifications should be sent to the Designated Agent listed above.

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and industry best practices, WePlai LLC maintains a repeat infringer policy.

Users who are determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated. WePlai LLC reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts to comply with applicable law and protect platform integrity.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, submit, or otherwise make available on Atredit.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

  • Upload only content you own or have sufficient rights to use

  • Not upload copyrighted music, video, images, characters, logos, trademarks, or other protected material without authorization

  • Not misrepresent ownership, authorship, or licensing rights

WePlai LLC does not pre-screen or affirmatively monitor user content for copyright infringement.

6. CONTENT REMOVAL & PLATFORM DISCRETION

WePlai LLC reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content

  • Notify users of takedowns or account actions

  • Restrict features or terminate accounts for violations of this policy or the Terms of Service

Nothing in this policy limits WePlai LLC’s ability to remove content for violations of other platform policies or applicable law.
