1. OVERVIEW
WePlai LLC (“WePlai,” “ATR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ATR (the “Platform”), a user-generated content service that allows users to upload, view, rate, comment on, save, showcase, and compete with video content.
We respect the intellectual property rights and content rights of others and expect users of the Platform to do the same.
This DMCA & Content Rights Policy describes how we respond to claims involving copyright infringement, intellectual property rights, illegal content, and other content-rights issues.
For U.S. copyright claims, this Policy describes our practices for responding to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).
For users and rights holders located outside the United States, including the United Kingdom, European Union, and European Economic Area, this Policy also explains how content-rights and illegal-content reports may be submitted and reviewed.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, submit, post, comment, showcase, or otherwise make available on ATR.
By using the Platform, you agree that you will:
Upload only content you own or have sufficient rights to use;
Not upload copyrighted music, video, images, characters, clips, logos, trademarks, brands, likenesses, or other protected material without authorization or legal permission;
Not misrepresent ownership, authorship, licensing rights, permissions, or source of content;
Not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or legal rights;
Not use ATR to distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited content;
Comply with the ATR Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, Official Skill-Contest Rules, and this Policy.
ATR does not pre-screen all user content and does not guarantee the legality, ownership, accuracy, quality, or rights status of user submissions.
3. RIGHTS COVERED BY THIS POLICY
This Policy may apply to reports involving:
Copyright infringement;
Trademark infringement;
Unauthorized use of logos or brand identifiers;
Unauthorized use of a person’s name, image, likeness, or publicity rights;
Privacy rights violations;
Illegal content under applicable law;
Misleading ownership or authorship claims;
Unauthorized use of protected content in videos, captions, comments, profile showcases, saved content, player cards, or other Platform features.
Copyright claims under U.S. law should follow the DMCA process described below.
Other rights claims may be reviewed under our Terms of Service, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the reporting process described in this Policy.

6. UK, EU AND EEA CONTENT RIGHTS REPORTS
If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, or if you believe content on ATR violates your copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights under applicable law, you may submit a report to:
support@atredit.com
Subject Line: Content Rights Report
Your report should include:
Your full legal name and, if applicable, the organization you represent;
Your contact information, including email address;
A description of the rights you claim are being violated;
Identification of the protected work, brand, likeness, personal information, or legal right at issue;
Identification of the ATR content you are reporting, including a URL, username, video identifier, screenshot, or other information sufficient to locate the content;
A clear explanation of why you believe the content violates your rights or applicable law;
A statement that the information in your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, if applicable.
We may request additional information if needed to assess the report.
7. EU/EEA ILLEGAL CONTENT NOTICES
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, or if you believe content on ATR is illegal under applicable EU law or the law of an EU Member State, you may submit an illegal content notice through the reporting tools we provide or by contacting:
support@atredit.com
Subject Line: EU Illegal Content Notice
A notice should include enough information for us to identify and assess the reported content, including:
A description of the content;
The exact location of the content on the Platform, such as a URL, username, video identifier, screenshot, or other identifying information;
The legal reason you believe the content is illegal;
Your contact information, unless anonymous reporting is legally permitted or technically supported;
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Where required by applicable law, we may prioritize notices submitted by trusted flaggers or authorities recognized under applicable EU law.
8. REVIEW OF REPORTS
After receiving a report, we may:
Review the reported content;
Request more information;
Remove or disable access to content;
Restrict visibility of content;
Age-restrict, region-restrict, or otherwise limit content;
Notify the user who posted the content;
Reject the report if it is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or not actionable;
Preserve information for legal, safety, moderation, or platform integrity purposes;
Take account-level action where appropriate.
We may use human review, automated tools, user reports, rights-holder reports, trusted reports, legal notices, platform signals, and other information to assess content.
We are not required to resolve private disputes between users or determine ownership of complex rights issues unless required by law.
9. EFFECT OF CONTENT REMOVAL ON PLATFORM FEATURES
If content is removed, disabled, restricted, or disqualified due to a copyright claim, content-rights report, illegal-content notice, moderation decision, legal request, or platform integrity concern, related Platform activity may also be affected.
This may include removal, adjustment, restriction, or invalidation of:
Contest entries;
Contest results;
Ratings;
Comments;
Saves and favorites;
Watch history;
Comment history;
Library records;
Profile showcases;
Stats;
Trophies;
Rankings;
Leaderboard positions;
Player card progress;
Rank progress;
Featured placement;
Other Platform recognition or activity.
Removal or restriction of content does not create any right to compensation, restoration, trophy credit, ranking credit, visibility, or other benefit.
10. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA and platform best practices, WePlai LLC maintains a repeat infringer policy.
Users who are determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
We may also remove content, restrict uploads, limit visibility, disable comments, restrict ratings, remove profile showcases, invalidate contest results, reset trophies or rankings, or take other enforcement actions to comply with law and protect platform integrity.
We may consider factors such as:
The number of valid infringement notices;
The seriousness of the alleged infringement;
Whether the user submitted valid counter-notifications;
Whether claims were resolved in the user’s favor;
Patterns of repeat rights violations;
Attempts to evade enforcement through new accounts or altered content;
Other relevant safety, legal, or platform integrity concerns.
FALSE, ABUSIVE OR BAD-FAITH REPORTS
Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith takedown notices, counter-notifications, illegal-content notices, or content-rights reports.
Submitting false or abusive reports may result in:
Rejection of the report;
Loss of reporting privileges;
Account restrictions;
Suspension or termination;
Legal consequences;
Other enforcement action.
Under the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may result in liability.
11. USER NOTICE AND APPEALS
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify users when their content is removed, disabled, restricted, or otherwise affected by a rights claim or illegal-content report.
If you believe your content, account, comment, rating ability, contest result, trophy status, ranking, player card progress, library item, saved edit, or profile showcase was removed or restricted in error, you may contact us at:
support@atredit.com
Subject Line: Content Appeal
Your appeal should include:
Your username;
The content or account action at issue;
The reason you believe the action was taken in error;
Any supporting rights, licenses, permissions, or evidence.
For DMCA copyright removals, you may need to submit a formal DMCA Counter-Notification as described above.
For EU/EEA users, where required by applicable law, we will provide access to an internal complaint-handling process for eligible moderation decisions and will review complaints in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner.
Where required by applicable EU law, EU/EEA users may also have the right to select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to resolve certain disputes relating to moderation decisions.
12. NO TRANSFER OF RIGHTS THROUGH PLATFORM FEATURES
Viewing, rating, commenting on, saving, favoriting, sharing within the Platform, or showcasing content does not give any user ownership rights in another user’s content.
You may not copy, download, repost, distribute, sell, edit, exploit, or use another user’s content outside the Platform unless you have permission from the rights holder or are otherwise legally permitted to do so.
Saving or favoriting an edit only allows you to access it through Platform features while it remains available. It does not create a license, ownership interest, download right, or guarantee of continued access.
13. TRADEMARK, PUBLICITY, PRIVACY AND OTHER RIGHTS
If you believe content on ATR violates a trademark, uses your name or likeness without authorization, reveals private information, impersonates you, or otherwise violates your legal rights, you may submit a Content Rights Report under this Policy.
ATR may remove or restrict content where we believe it violates law, third-party rights, our policies, user safety, or platform integrity.
We may require proof of rights, identity, authorization, or legal authority before taking action.
14. PLATFORM DISCRETION
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to:
Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content;
Remove or restrict illegal or rights-violating content;
Notify users of takedowns or account actions;
Restrict features or terminate accounts;
Preserve records for legal, safety, or compliance purposes;
Refuse incomplete or unsupported reports;
Take action under our Terms of Service, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, Official Skill-Contest Rules, or applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits our ability to remove content or restrict accounts for violations of other Platform policies or applicable law.
15. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
This Policy supplements the ATR Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, and Official Skill-Contest Rules.
If there is a conflict, this Policy controls for copyright and content-rights reporting procedures. The Terms of Service control general use of the Platform. The Privacy Policy controls privacy-related matters. The Official Skill-Contest Rules control contest-specific matters.
16. NO LEGAL ADVICE
This Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
If you are unsure whether certain material infringes a copyright or other legal right, whether your use is permitted by law, or how to submit a notice or counter-notification, you should consult a qualified attorney.
