Billing & Subscription Policy

ATR is a mobile application operated by WePlai LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“ATR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, in-app purchases, digital items, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration work in the ATR app.

This Policy supplements the ATR Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Official Skill-Contest Rules, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, and any purchase-specific terms shown in the App.

1. SCOPE

This Policy applies to optional subscriptions, in-app purchases, digital items, paid features, and purchase-related account features offered through ATR.

ATR may be available in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, and other countries or regions where we make the App available.

The availability, pricing, taxes, features, benefits, and billing terms for subscriptions and in-app purchases may vary by region, platform, device, app store, and account.

2. HOW BILLING WORKS

Purchases made on iOS are billed to your Apple ID by Apple.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details, bank account details, or full Apple ID payment information.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, VAT, currency, renewal terms, and available purchase options are shown in the App and/or by Apple before purchase.

Apple may handle billing, payment processing, receipts, taxes, refunds, cancellations, subscription management, family sharing availability, and purchase restoration according to Apple’s own terms, policies, and App Store rules.

3. OPTIONAL PURCHASES ONLY

ATR contests do not require payment to enter or participate unless clearly stated otherwise in the App and permitted by applicable law.

ATR does not offer cash prizes, monetary rewards, payouts, winnings, or cash-equivalent rewards.

Purchases are optional and are not required to use the core non-monetary competition experience unless a specific paid feature is clearly identified in the App.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

ATR may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions, such as a Pro subscription or other subscription plans.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Your Apple ID will be charged at purchase;

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date;

  • Your Apple ID will be charged at each renewal period until you cancel;

  • The billing period and price will be shown before purchase;

  • You may keep subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period after cancellation, unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise;

  • Subscription fees are generally not prorated by ATR after cancellation unless required by law or handled otherwise by Apple.

The current benefits of each subscription are displayed in the App, including on the subscription screen, paywall, or purchase confirmation screen. The live in-app description controls the current subscription benefits.

Subscription benefits may include access to platform features, profile features, cosmetic features, upload-related features, account tools, display features, or other non-monetary benefits shown in the App.

5. MANAGING OR CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription through your Apple account settings.

On iOS, this is typically done through:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions

ATR may also provide a “Manage Subscription” button or link in the App.

Deleting the ATR app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple or the applicable app store subscription-management flow.

6. TRIALS, PROMOTIONS AND INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

ATR may offer free trials, introductory prices, discounts, promotional offers, or limited-time subscription offers.

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided:

  • The terms will be shown before purchase;

  • The subscription may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends;

  • Apple may determine eligibility for trials or promotions;

  • Only eligible users may receive promotional pricing;

  • ATR may modify, limit, or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.

7. PRICE CHANGES AND PLAN CHANGES

We may update subscription prices, in-app purchase prices, plan names, plan benefits, purchase options, or feature availability.

Where required, Apple or ATR may notify you before a price change takes effect.

If you do not agree with a subscription price change, you should cancel before the change applies.

Continued use of the subscription after the change takes effect may constitute acceptance of the updated price or terms, where permitted by law and Apple policies.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES

ATR may offer in-app purchases (“IAPs”), including consumable purchases, non-consumable purchases, cosmetic items, feature unlocks, or other digital items.

The exact item, price, function, duration, limitations, and availability of each IAP will be shown in the App before purchase.

8.1 Consumable Purchases

Consumable purchases are digital items or features that are used up, spent, consumed, or reduced with use.

Examples may include temporary boosts, upload-related features, re-upload allowances, limited-use tools, or other consumable items if offered in the App.

Consumables:

  • Deliver after purchase, subject to technical processing;

  • Decrease or expire with use;

  • May not be restorable if used, lost, consumed, or unavailable after changing devices;

  • Have no cash value;

  • Are not transferable;

  • Are not redeemable for money.

8.2 Non-Consumable Purchases

Non-consumable purchases are digital items or features that may be unlocked permanently or for as long as the feature remains available, subject to the Terms of Service and this Policy.

Examples may include cosmetic packs, profile customization features, player card color packs, or other non-consumable digital items if offered in the App.

Non-consumables:

  • May be restorable on the same Apple ID through Restore Purchases;

  • Have no cash value;

  • Are not transferable;

  • Are not redeemable for money;

  • May be modified, replaced, limited, or discontinued if required for technical, legal, safety, platform, or product reasons.

8.3 Digital License

Subscriptions, IAPs, digital items, cosmetics, profile features, and paid features grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those features only within ATR.

You do not own digital items, subscriptions, cosmetics, player cards, badges, trophies, ranks, or other platform features.

Digital items cannot be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, or converted into money or anything with monetary value.

9. TROPHIES, RANKS, PLAYER CARDS AND CONTEST FEATURES

ATR may offer trophies, ranks, player cards, badges, profile designs, cosmetic unlocks, or other platform recognition features.

Trophies, ranks, leaderboard positions, contest results, season progress, and player cards earned through gameplay or ranking systems are not purchases.

Winning Daily Global, earning trophies, leveling up, unlocking a rank, unlocking a player card design, or receiving platform recognition does not create any monetary value, property right, payout right, refund right, or ownership interest.

Purchases do not guarantee:

  • Contest wins;

  • Rankings;

  • Trophies;

  • Ratings;

  • Positive comments;

  • Visibility;

  • Featured placement;

  • Feed distribution;

  • Player card unlocks earned through rank;

  • Profile popularity;

  • Any competitive outcome.

Paid features may provide convenience, customization, or access to specific non-monetary platform features shown in the App, but purchases do not guarantee success or favorable treatment in judging.

10. NO PAY-TO-WIN; NO OUTCOME GUARANTEE

ATR contests are skill-based and non-monetary.

Buying a subscription, IAP, digital item, or paid feature does not guarantee a better score, win, ranking, trophy result, rating result, judging result, comment result, save result, or contest outcome.

We may restrict, adjust, or remove any paid feature that creates unfairness, platform integrity concerns, legal risk, user safety concerns, or technical issues.

11. REFUNDS

For iOS purchases, refund requests are handled directly by Apple through your Apple purchase history or Apple’s refund request process.

ATR generally cannot issue direct refunds for Apple-billed purchases because Apple controls the transaction and payment method.

All purchases are final except where Apple approves a refund or where required by applicable law.

If you believe there was a technical issue with delivery of a purchased item, you may contact us at support@atredit.com, but refund eligibility for Apple-billed purchases is determined by Apple unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. RESTORING PURCHASES

You may use the “Restore Purchases” feature in the ATR app, if available, to reactivate eligible non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions associated with the same Apple ID.

Restoration may not apply to:

  • Consumable purchases that were already used or consumed;

  • Purchases made under a different Apple ID;

  • Expired subscriptions;

  • Items removed or discontinued for legal, technical, safety, policy, or platform integrity reasons;

  • Purchases that Apple cannot verify.

If a restoration issue occurs, contact support@atredit.com and include relevant information such as your username, device type, purchase date, and non-sensitive receipt information.

Do not send full payment card numbers, banking information, or sensitive payment details.

13. FAILED PAYMENTS, BILLING ISSUES AND ACCESS

If a payment fails, expires, is reversed, is declined, is refunded, or cannot be verified, access to the related subscription, IAP, or paid feature may be delayed, suspended, revoked, or unavailable.

Apple may manage billing retries, grace periods, account holds, billing issue notices, and subscription status according to Apple’s policies.

14. FRAUD, ABUSE AND CHARGEBACKS

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to subscriptions, digital items, IAPs, paid features, accounts, contest features, rankings, trophies, player cards, or other platform features if we believe there has been:

  • Fraud;

  • Payment abuse;

  • Chargeback abuse;

  • Refund abuse;

  • Purchase manipulation;

  • Unauthorized transactions;

  • Account sharing or resale;

  • Exploitation of purchase systems;

  • Violation of ATR policies;

  • Attempts to gain unfair contest advantage;

  • Manipulation of ratings, rankings, trophies, or platform integrity.

Where permitted by law, we may take these actions without refund.

15. FEATURE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

ATR may modify, rebalance, rename, replace, suspend, discontinue, or remove subscriptions, IAPs, digital items, cosmetics, player cards, purchase options, plan benefits, or paid features at any time.

If a paid feature is materially changed or discontinued, we will handle the change in accordance with applicable law, Apple policies, and the Terms of Service.

We do not guarantee that any subscription benefit, IAP, cosmetic item, player card, profile feature, or paid feature will remain available forever.

16. TAXES, VAT AND REGIONAL PRICING

Prices may vary by country or region.

Prices shown in the App or by Apple may include or exclude taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, currency conversion, or other charges depending on your location and Apple’s billing practices.

Apple may collect, calculate, remit, or display applicable taxes according to Apple’s policies and legal obligations.

17. UK, EU AND EEA CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

This may include rights relating to:

  • Clear pre-purchase information;

  • Cancellation;

  • Digital content and digital services;

  • Faulty digital content;

  • Refunds;

  • Withdrawal rights;

  • Subscription renewals;

  • Unfair contract terms;

  • Local consumer protection rules.

For digital content or digital services supplied immediately after purchase, you may lose certain statutory withdrawal rights where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where Apple is the merchant of record or handles the billing transaction, Apple may process cancellations, refunds, and statutory consumer-rights requests through Apple’s systems.

If you believe your mandatory consumer rights have not been respected, contact us at support@atredit.com or request support through Apple’s purchase support process.

18. APP STORE AND PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Apple, Google, app stores, device manufacturers, mobile carriers, and payment processors are not sponsors of ATR contests, trophies, rankings, seasons, player cards, or platform rewards.

Apple or another app store may have separate terms and policies that apply to your purchases, refunds, billing, subscriptions, and account management.

19. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Billing & Subscription Policy from time to time.

If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App, on our website, by email, or through other reasonable means.

The updated Policy will be effective as of the effective date shown above unless otherwise stated.
